簡易日式叉燒

最近孩子迷戀一碗要價不斐的叉燒拉麵,,每天累積下來可觀阿~昨順道就在超市買了材料回來自個兒做!五花肉太肥,於是選了帶皮的少油脂的胛心肉~型狀不太規則,捲起來不是很圓,看來還需要再多練習🤣樣子醜了點,不過美味不減歐~一大條胛心肉約$350,一次做好切片放保鮮盒5-7天迷問題,煮拉麵帶便當都很適合哩

食材

  • 胛心肉, 600克
  • 蔥, 2根
  • 醬油, 150ml
  • 糖, 2大匙
  • 昆布, 1條
  • 棉繩, 數條
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:胛心肉鋪平捲成條狀image步驟 2:以棉繩綑綁成圓柱狀image步驟 3:熱鍋乾煸出油脂image步驟 4:煸出油脂放入蔥段煸香image步驟 5:加入醬油.昆布.糖注滿水以小火蓋鍋燉煮約60分鐘即可image步驟 6:中途可將叉燒翻面使入味均勻image步驟 7:放涼後靜至或冷藏冰箱再切片放置保鮮盒可保存約5-7天
