【簡單易做】花生醬餅乾

香濃的花生醬,除了用來塗麵包外,也可以用來做餅乾喔!材料和做法都很簡單,充滿奶油香,喜歡花生醬的你,一定要試試!

食材

  • 無鹽奶油, 120克
  • 花生醬, 240克
  • 紅糖或白砂糖, 70克
  • 雞蛋, 1個
  • 泡打粉, 1/2小匙
  • 蘇打粉, 3/4小匙
  • 鹽, 1/4小匙
  • 中筋麵粉, 150克
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:用電動打蛋器打發奶油和花生醬,然後加入糖,拌勻image步驟 2:下雞蛋,再篩入麵粉、鹽、泡打粉和蘇打粉,拌勻image步驟 3:將麵糰放入冰箱,冷藏1個小時image步驟 4:拿出一份麵糰 (大約兩大匙份量),搓圓,再沾上白砂糖。放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,放入已預熱180度C烤箱,烤約13-15分鐘即可!image步驟 5:如圖
