天冷瘦身飲食秘訣1早上一杯無糖熱飲

妞妞們早上都喝什麼呢?很多人習慣來一杯大冰奶配早餐,但如果想要暖胃做好代謝,營養師建議改喝無糖熱飲,像是熱無糖綠茶、熱黑咖啡,避免添加奶精、糖的飲品。

想要養成易瘦體質,澱粉還是可以吃!高敏敏建議,午餐的主食挑選以根莖類為佳,或是選擇未精緻的五穀雜糧類,如果是外食族不方便更換主食,或是白飯控,那白飯的量就吃半碗就好。

天氣冷很容易嘴饞肚子餓,尤其是到了下午昏昏欲睡,就想吃點東西提神!但如果這時點了甜點、手搖飲,整個就大破功,真的想要吃點甜食,不妨選擇天然的水果,補充膳食纖維還可以補維生素C、天然的水果多酚。

早餐:雞蛋2顆+腰果2顆+熱綠茶1杯午餐:地瓜1條+雞胸肉1塊+蔬菜1碗點心:蘋果1顆晚餐:爆汗湯(高麗菜1/4顆+紅蘿蔔半條+洋蔥1顆+蛤蜊10顆+薑絲)

黃金期4天早餐:雞蛋2顆+熱黑咖啡1杯(or無糖茶)午餐:白飯半碗+煎鮭魚1塊 約掌心大小+燙花椰菜一碗點心:奇異果1顆晚餐:排毒湯(高麗菜1/4顆+紅蘿蔔半條+洋蔥1顆+帶皮南瓜3塊+傳統豆腐半塊+黑胡椒)

維持期3天早餐:雞蛋2顆+核桃2顆+熱綠茶1杯(or黑咖啡)午餐:玉米1條+雞胸肉1塊+大番茄1顆點心:任選水果 拳頭大小晚餐:增強體力湯(白蘿蔔1/3顆+香菇3朵+白菜1/3顆+棒棒腿1支+紅棗1小把+枸杞1小把)
