酥脆美味~草莓千層派

草莓千層派

趁草莓產季的尾聲.利用冷凍酥皮.就能做出草莓千層派.香濃卡士達內餡搭配酸甜草莓及酥脆的千層餅皮.口感豐富.意猶未盡

食材

  • 冷凍派皮, 4張
  • 草莓, 10顆
  • 裝飾用糖粉, 適量
  • 卡士達醬
  • 蛋黃, 2顆
  • 牛奶, 200克
  • 砂糖, 40g
  • 玉米粉, 10g
  • 低筋麵粉, 10g
  • 香草精, 2.3滴
  • 檸檬汁, 2匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:材料準備image步驟 2:玉米粉.低筋麵粉.過篩後加入蛋黃打均勻 (過篩是讓口感較綿密.攪拌後也不容易結塊)牛奶加入香草精.小火煮沸分次倒入蛋黃糊image步驟 3:拌均勻後在一起倒入鍋中稍煮 到約85度.才能濃稠.最後在加入檸檬汁拌勻.放入擠花袋放冰箱冷卻image步驟 4:將兩張派皮疊起image步驟 5:鋪上烘培紙.取一盤子(重物)緊壓.進烤箱200度烤約10分image步驟 6:烤好的派皮灑上砂糖粒.擠上卡士達醬.依喜好鋪上草莓image步驟 7:將所有空隙填滿醬料image步驟 8:疊上派皮image步驟 9:取兩條紙或喜歡的形狀image步驟 10:灑上糖粉image步驟 11:完成
