菠菜干貝燉飯

將菠菜打成泥狀與口感豐富的糙米粒一同熬煮.柔滑的奶油去除菠菜的苦澀味~扇貝的鮮甜.彼此融合恰到好處~家裡有不愛吃青菜得寶貝嗎~快試試這道料理

食材

  • 菠菜, 50G
  • 糙米, 20g
  • 扇貝, 5-6顆
  • 大蒜, 依喜好
  • 奶油, 5g
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:食材準備:糙米洗淨泡水扇貝川燙備用菠菜洗淨.香菇大蒜切片.奶油備用image步驟 2:將菠菜放入調理機打成泥狀備用image步驟 3:奶油熱鍋爆香大蒜image步驟 4:放入香菇煸炒image步驟 5:放入糙米及水轉小火熬煮至米粒軟爛(水量比例1:6)image步驟 6:倒入菠菜泥煮滾image步驟 7:加入川燙過的扇貝收汁及完成image步驟 8:如圖image步驟 9:沒吃完的菠菜泥亦可鋪上扇貝灑點起司絲.做成焗烤又是一道美味料理
