酥脆多汁!小烤箱偽炸雞翅

小烤箱偽炸雞翅

炸物的酥脆總是令人難以抗拒,但一想到一堆炸油就令人頭痛。當然必須誠實說,用烤箱烤的酥脆度必然小輸一截,但內部一樣軟嫩多汁,還是非常非常好吃的!👍🏻

食材

  • 雞翅(中翅+雞小腿), 約12塊
  • 地瓜粉, 2-3大匙
  • 醃料
  • 醬油, 1大匙
  • 醬油膏, 2小匙
  • 米酒, 1/2大匙
  • 蒜泥, 1小匙
  • 糖, 1小匙
  • 味醂(無可略), 1小匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將醃料混合均勻,倒入雞翅按摩一下,放入冰箱冷藏至少1小時醃漬入味,或是放到隔天也可以。p.s. 雞中翅我是折掉了裡面的小骨頭,把肉推下來變成圓圓的,不過不是很好操作,大家可以不要像我一樣「假會」...🤣🤣image步驟 2:將醃好的雞翅裹上一層地瓜粉,這邊建議用細地瓜粉,像照片中用粗的會有一些顆粒,之後我有再把白白的顆粒慢慢刷掉...😅image步驟 3:放入有附網架的烤盤中,因為不想油漬噴到烤箱,烤盤上我有加蓋子,兩邊用鋁箔紙折成厚塊,這樣裡面的水氣就可以透出來,讓雞翅可以烤得酥脆。image步驟 4:放入小烤箱240度烤10分鐘,翻面再烤5-10分鐘即可~

    小撇步對了!貼心提醒:雖然不是用油炸,烤製過程中也是蠻多油煙味的,記得還是要打開抽油煙機排排風喔~
