【15分鐘食譜】磨菇菠菜奶油筆管麵

又來15分鐘快速義大利麵食譜!用磨茄加菠菜,健康又美味!再加上creamy的鮮奶油,必定要試試!

食材

  • 筆管麵, 150克
  • 磨菇, 200克
  • 蒜末, 1小匙
  • 菠菜, 100克
  • 動物性鮮奶油, 150-200毫升
  • Parmesan 起司碎, 適量
  • 麵粉, 1大匙
  • 料理步驟步驟 1:先用一鍋熱水加兩茶匙鹽煮筆管麵(按包裝上指示少煮一分鐘)瀝乾水備用image步驟 2:燒熱鍋後下油,下磨菇和蒜末,炒磨菇至軟身,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味image步驟 3:再下菠菜,(我再加點蕃茄乾)炒一炒image步驟 4:下一大匙麵粉,拌勻,再下鮮奶油和起司碎,煮沸後再下筆管麵,拌勻即成!image步驟 5:如圖
