美式漢堡安心吃!自己做手打漢堡排

美式漢堡 手打漢堡排

喜歡吃漢堡擔心添加物太多,也擔心肉品的來源,一家大小到餐廳吃又燒錢,購於美式賣場的牛絞肉是牛後腿肉,油脂低蛋白質含量高,最適合用來做漢堡排啦~

食材

  • 牛絞肉, 800g
  • 海鹽1匙, 約2克
  • 黑胡椒2匙, 依喜好
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:捏成等量大小(約100g上下)image步驟 2:取一深碗,將捏好的肉球以雙手拍打+摔出筋性image步驟 3:肉質好只需灑上塩巴胡椒調味即可,少許油熱鍋兩面煎上色後轉小火 100g大小的漢堡排大約煎3-5分鐘熟成 (⚠️ 記得絞肉一定要全熟喔⚠️)image步驟 4:一次做好放冷凍,做成漢堡當早餐或是搭配小孩最愛的咖哩都很合適喔image步驟 5:搭配手做麵包 超過癮搭✡
