香Q黑糖糕

寶貝喜歡吃黑糖糕,媽咪趁有空檔時動手做了又香又Q的黑糖糕給寶貝吃質地鬆軟香Q不膩,真是好滋味利用電鍋快速做、超簡單,美味物超所值啊~剛好又可以清家中食材真是一舉兩得呢

食材

  • 中筋麵粉, 130g
  • 太白粉, 50g
  • 泡打粉, 8g
  • 黑糖蜜, 100g
  • 溫水, 200c.c
  • 食用油(模具塗抹用), 適量
  • 熟白芝麻, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:溫水加入黑糖蜜中攪拌均勻。image步驟 2:中筋麵粉、太白粉、泡打粉過篩,加入至步驟1中攪拌均勻呈無顆粒狀的麵糊。(同一方向拌勻,避免產生過多氣泡)image步驟 3:模具均勻塗抹上一層食用油(適量)。image步驟 4:步驟2麵糊倒入步驟3模具中,輕摔數下後靜置20分鐘。image步驟 5:電鍋中放入低鐵架,電鍋外鍋加入2米杯水量後放入步驟4,蓋上鍋蓋按下開關。image步驟 6:(電鍋鍋蓋插入1根筷子,避免水氣滴落在麵糊中)image步驟 7:電鍋開關跳起後趁熱撒上熟白芝麻,取出置涼。image步驟 8:冷卻後脫模(正面)。image步驟 9:冷卻後脫模(反面)。image步驟 10:如圖image步驟 11:食用前再分切即可。
