氣炸過的芝麻湯圓.外酥內軟.內餡緩緩流出.濃郁可口.試試不一樣的口感吧湯圓福圓,人亦圓圓,財亦圓圓。祝福大家元宵節快樂!

食材

  • 芝麻湯圓, 依喜好
  • 食用油, 一匙
  • 水, 1碗
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:取一碗水加一匙食用油.將芝麻湯圓浸入約5分鐘image步驟 2:取出放入氣炸鍋中.炸3~5分即完成

    小撇步此為氣炸鍋版本.因為少油.所以水份要夠.浸了油水不但降低油量.也能讓湯圓不會因為過乾而裂開.影響口感
