椒鹽牛小排

牛小排富含豐富油脂適量食用對健康有益,加上辛香料簡單調味即是人間美味

食材

  • 牛小排, 400g
  • 蒜瓣, 6瓣
  • 蔥花, 2根
  • 辣椒, 1根
  • 椒鹽, 5克
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:熱鍋放入牛小排image步驟 2:以小火慢煎釋出油脂,小火可使肉質軟嫩水份不流失(帶骨牛肉必須全熟)image步驟 3:依口味喜好比例準備:辣椒.蒜頭.蔥末 image步驟 4:牛小排富含豐富油脂適量食用對健康有益image步驟 5:利用鍋中的餘油爆香蒜末辣椒image步驟 6:放入牛小排一同拌炒灑上椒鹽及蒜末 即完成
