那麼,什麼時候喝豆漿比較好呢?營養師表示,其實什麼時候喝都行,無論是早上喝、宵夜喝,還是當天胃口不佳時,豆漿都是一個好選擇。它熱量低,還能讓你有飽足感。有些人喜歡運動後喝豆漿,這不僅能解渴,還能補充蛋白質。但如果你有脹氣問題,就不建議睡前喝豆漿。

最後,營養師還建議,有時間的話,可以自己在家煮豆漿。關鍵是不要濾掉豆渣,這樣能保留更多的膳食纖維和礦物質,並且增加飽足感。
