秋天到了,氣溫變化頻繁,診間也隨之擠滿了感冒的病人。無論是一般感冒、流感,還是更嚴重的肺炎和COVID-19,這個季節都是各類呼吸道疾病的高發期。

1. 注意保暖

秋天早晚溫差大,及時增添衣物很重要。尤其早晚溫度變化大,氣溫較低時,記得穿上保暖衣物以防受涼。睡覺時多加一層薄被也能幫助保持溫暖。

2. 充足的睡眠

充足的睡眠對免疫系統至關重要。成年人每晚應確保7-9小時的睡眠,睡眠不足會削弱免疫力,讓身體更易感冒。

3. 保持空氣流通

經常開窗通風,讓新鮮空氣進入室內,減少病菌積聚。同時,可以使用加濕器保持室內適當濕度,幫助減少呼吸道乾燥,降低感染風險。

4. 良好生活習慣

多喝水有助於保持黏膜濕潤,這是防禦感冒的重要措施。均衡飲食和適量運動雖然是老生常談,但依然非常重要。
