韓式菜包肉(電鍋版)

若要票選一個最適合營造澎湃感的料理,肯定選韓式料理!!拿這個菜包肉來說,蓬鬆的生菜、提味的泡菜、蒜片、辣椒、沾醬與五花肉,切切擺擺就搞定,澎湃感滿點還是道免開爐火用電鍋也可以達成的零油煙料理噢:)

食材

  • 五花肉(厚度約1.5公分), 500g
  • 洋蔥, 1/4顆
  • 大蒜, 3瓣
  • 蔥, 兩支
  • 米酒, 2大匙
  • 月桂葉, 3片
  • 白胡椒粒, 5g
  • 韓式大醬, 一大匙
  • 水, 800ml
  • 佐餐食材
  • 生菜, 適量
  • 泡菜, 適量
  • 生蒜片, 適量
  • 青辣椒, 適量
  • 韓式包飯醬, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:備妥食材image步驟 2:把五花肉以外的所有食材全部放入內鍋image步驟 3:外鍋倒1.5杯水,蓋上鍋蓋,按下開關鍵,待蒸氣從鍋蓋邊緣緩緩冒出,再加入五花肉,蓋上鍋蓋,等開關鍵彈起即可取出(蒸氣冒出,代表水滾,水滾再下肉川燙)image步驟 4:五花肉略放涼後再切片,用生菜包著沾過醬的肉片、泡菜、蒜片、青辣椒片一起享用,清爽有味
