自製花生冰淇淋(低碳生酮版)

四季裡最喜歡秋天的氣候微涼的風帶點涼爽這時吃上一球自製的冰淇淋就是最簡單的幸福🥰自製花生冰淇淋(低碳生酮版)簡單三樣食材就能完成好吃低碳版花生冰淇淋熱量減少口味十足也適合糖友們品嚐喔

食材

  • 動物性鮮奶油, 300克
  • 顆粒花生醬, 30克
  • 赤藻糖醇, 30 克
  • 杏仁粒, 15 克
  • 花生粉, 30 克
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將動物性鮮奶油加入赤藻醣醇打發image步驟 2:將花生醬及花生粉倒入拌勻image步驟 3:再倒入杏仁粒拌勻增加口感、也可以不加image步驟 4:將拌好的步驟三倒入保鮮盒放入冰箱冷凍12小時以上即可、image步驟 5:使用冰淇淋芍挖取成球狀、愛怎麼吃就怎麼吃哦!image步驟 6:搭配蛋糕超對味image步驟 7:用巧克力棒沾取別有風味
