🎃萬聖節的肉桂南瓜甜派【免揉派皮】

充滿神秘氣氛的萬聖節來臨,今年沒有變裝派對,來塊帶著肉桂香氣的南瓜甜派如何?!南瓜餅是一種甜點餡餅,配以加香料的南瓜奶油餡。南瓜是收穫季節的象徵,南瓜餅經常在秋季和初冬期間食用。在美國和加拿大,它通常是為感恩節和南瓜季節的其他場合準備的,餡餅通常用肉桂,薑粉,肉荳蔻和丁香調味。拌入辛香肉桂的南瓜派很有秋天的味道,在微微涼的季節,祝各位:萬聖節快樂囉!🎃

食材

  • 派皮
  • 消化餅乾, 7片(105g)
  • 無鹽奶油, 45g
  • 內餡
  • 南瓜泥, 200g
  • 全蛋液, 30g
  • 細砂糖, 30g
  • 玉米粉, 1茶匙
  • 肉桂粉, 1/4茶匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將消化餅乾置於塑膠袋中,用桿麵棍或酒瓶壓碎。image步驟 2:加入溶化的無鹽奶油拌勻。image步驟 3:步驟2倒入6吋派盤中壓至緊實,送入冰箱冷藏30分鐘。image步驟 4:南瓜蒸熟後用叉子壓成泥或用調理機打至泥狀,加入所有內餡材料拌勻。image步驟 5:將步驟4倒入步驟3中抹平表面,再依喜好放上南瓜仔或核桃碎(可省略),180度預熱10分鐘後烘烤25-30分鐘。image步驟 6:取出後放涼脫模即可切片享用。
