蒜香鮭魚排

煎鮭魚除了直接下鍋外,也可以藉由簡單的醃製~製作出不一樣的風味~使用蒜頭提升香氣,吃起來的風味更加分

食材

  • 鮭魚菲力, 2片
  • 海鹽, 1/4小匙
  • 黑胡椒, 1/4小匙
  • 蒜頭(切末), 四小瓣
  • 麵粉, 3大匙
  • 配料
  • 喜歡的蔬菜, 適量
  • 新鮮檸檬, 一顆
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備食材image步驟 2:把鮭魚進行醃製(撒上海鹽、黑胡椒粉、蒜末)兩面都要均勻灑上,醃製好後,沾上薄薄的麵粉image步驟 3:鍋裡放入兩大匙油脂,冷油即可把鮭魚放入,小火慢煎image步驟 4:兩面煎到金黃image步驟 5:蔬菜放入鍋中煎熟*檸檬可切對半,把檸檬放入鍋中煎上色image步驟 6:組合一下,就可以上桌享用囉
