巧克力巴斯克乳酪蛋糕

學會基本法的巴斯克乳酪蛋糕,可以依個人喜好變化不同口味喔!添加巧克力醬的巴斯克乳酪蛋糕一口咬下化口性佳,香濃巧克力乳酪在口中化開讓人意猶味盡久久不能忘懷

食材

  • 奶油乳酪, 300 克
  • 鮮奶油, 100克
  • 檸檬汁, 10克
  • 巧克力醬, 100克
  • 細砂糖, 70 克
  • 全蛋, 1顆
  • 蛋黃, 1 顆
  • 杏仁粉或低筋麵粉, 10 克
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:雞蛋跟杏仁粉攪拌均勻備用image步驟 2:鮮奶油、糖放入碗中,攪拌均勻備用image步驟 3:奶油乾酪從冰箱拿出後攪拌至柔順後加入巧克力醬拌勻image步驟 4:再將步驟1全部食材拌勻image步驟 5:再倒入步驟2乳化完成質地細緻滑順image步驟 6:倒入烤模image步驟 7:(表面可以放入巧克力塊一起烘烤)image步驟 8:入烤箱中下層、上下火約180度烤約50分鐘若頂部已經上色了要蓋上錫箔紙,以免烤過焦喔image步驟 9:取出待涼入冰箱冷藏一天image步驟 10:切成喜愛大小可以淋上巧克力奶霜增加風味喔

    小撇步杏仁粉或低筋麵粉擇1即可(麩質過敏者可使用杏仁粉)
