韓式泡菜炒豬肉

美味的韓式泡菜,拿來炒菜也很棒,不太需要什麼功夫,只要把泡菜和豬肉炒一炒就好,很簡單也沒什麼技巧,新手也能輕鬆完成這道好好吃的料理哦!

食材

  • 豬肉, 160g
  • 韓式辣白菜, 110g
  • 蔥, 1支
  • 醬油, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:豬肉切粗條後,加入少許醬油略抓一下,靜置10分鐘,泡菜切小塊,蔥切小段。image步驟 2:鍋裡加些油燒熱後,把豬肉放進去炒至九分熟。image步驟 3:把泡菜放進去,炒到豬肉熟透,然後嚐一下味道,如果覺得淡就加點鹽調味,有些泡菜本身就味道重,不太需要調味,有些可能需要,依照實際使用的泡菜決定。image步驟 4:最後把蔥段放進去,拌炒均勻即完成。image步驟 5:美味上桌,簡單又好吃!

    小撇步*全程用中大火快炒,快速完成,這樣才好吃。
