便當、烤肉必備的「萬用肉片」

萬用肉片

使用家裡常用的調味料,醃製一下,是一道可以多元運用的肉片料理!使用在早餐、中午便當菜色、烤肉時的肉片擔當!都很好用喔!

食材

  • 豬里肌肉片, 10片
  • 醬油, 三大匙
  • 糖, 一大匙
  • 蒜頭(切片), 3小瓣
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:1.準備材料2.所有材料、調味料放入容器中,抓勻醃製(建議前一天晚上醃製,隔天再料理)image步驟 2:冷鍋冷油,把肉片放入小火煎image步驟 3:肉片很薄,只要兩面上色,就差不多熟透了image步驟 4:取出即可搭配主食享用

    小撇步*不同品牌的醬油鹹度會有差,可以先照這比例是做一次,下次可再依照自家口味做調整*醃製的肉片厚度約0.2公分即可*肉片因為有醬料醃製,所以入鍋料理時,冷鍋冷油,小火慢煎即可!不需大火會焦掉,肉質也會老化*入鍋時醬料要盡量瀝乾,避免入鍋煎煮油爆
