【簡易家常菜】韭菜煎蛋餅

每次包完水餃,我都喜歡用剩下的韭菜做煎蛋餅。只需兩種材料,簡單的調味,就成這道美味的煎蛋餅。可當小吃,又超下飯,一定要試試!

食材

  • 雞蛋, 3個
  • 韭菜, 1小把
  • 調味料
  • 鹽, 1/2小匙
  • 白胡椒粉, 少許
  • 雞粉, 少許
  • 麻油, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將韭菜洗淨,切粒image步驟 2:將所有材料和調味料放入大碗內拌勻image步驟 3:燒熱鍋後下油,倒入蛋漿,用中火煎至兩面金黃色即成!image步驟 4:如圖
