每一口飯都有南瓜的香甜!南瓜排骨飯

南瓜排骨飯_電鍋料理

南瓜的營養價值高,用南瓜來煮飯,每一口飯都有著南瓜的香甜。加上入口軟嫩的豬小排,用電鍋一指點按滿滿的營養和美味♪FB歡迎來聊聊 :)

食材

  • 豬小排, 450g
  • 有機南瓜, 300g
  • 乾香菇, 4大朵
  • 蒜末, 2大匙
  • 香油, 2小匙
  • 白米, 1.5米杯
  • 雞高湯, 1.5米杯
  • 調味料
  • 醬油膏, 2大匙
  • 米酒, 2大匙
  • 白胡椒粉, 1/4小匙
  • 盛盤
  • 蔥花, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:備好所有食材。有機南瓜刷淨表皮後,去籽切塊狀。蒜切末,乾香菇泡冷水20分鐘軟化,切細絲。豬小排冷水汆燙,如(步驟2)。白米放進內鍋,淘洗後,加進高湯量浸泡20分鐘軟化。image步驟 2:起一鍋冷水,直接放進豬小排,(小火)煮至水面開始冒起小泡泡時,即撈出沖冷水洗淨備用。image步驟 3:取一煎鍋,放進香油、豬小排,先(中火)煎香豬小排,再加進蒜末、香菇絲炒香。image步驟 4:取出[電鍋],(內鍋)再鋪上步驟3所有炒料,淋上[調味料]後,鋪上南瓜塊。(外鍋)則倒進1.5米杯水量,蓋上鍋蓋,進行烹煮。image步驟 5:烹煮完成時,不掀蓋續燜10分鐘使米粒更熟軟。接著,打開鍋蓋,先取出保留外皮的南瓜塊(擺盤裝飾)。其餘南瓜塊用飯匙稍壓碎後,直接與米飯拌勻即可。image步驟 6:盛碗,撒些蔥花,一碗香甜味美的南瓜排骨飯就完成囉♪

    小撇步1.用的是量米杯,1米杯=180ml。2.白米須粒粒泡在高湯裡,烹煮好的白飯才不會夾生。3.米飯已使用高湯烹煮,具鹹度,最後調味須斟酌。
