【影片】正宗提拉米蘇Tiramisu

意大利傳統又浪漫的甜點-提拉米蘇,一層一層,香濃幼滑,超美味!做法超簡單,在家也可做出高貴甜點,新手不敗!正宗的Tiramisu 是軟身像布甸,不是蛋糕來的喔!

1 個人也跟著做囉!

食材

  • 蛋白, 3個
  • 糖(打蛋白用), 40克
  • 蛋黃, 3個
  • 糖(打蛋黃用), 30克
  • 馬斯卡朋起司, 200克
  • 咖啡, 1碗
  • 手指餅乾, 300克
  • 可可粉, 適量
  • Marsala 酒, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:image步驟 2:用電動打蛋器先打發蛋白,泡沫出現時下40克糖,繼續打發至末端堅挺 (*碗倒轉,蛋白霜不掉下就Ok)image步驟 3:再用打蛋器打發蛋黃及糖,打至呈淡黃色及稠身,需時約五至八分鐘。再下馬斯卡朋起司和Marsala 酒,拌勻image步驟 4:然後下蛋白霜,輕手拌勻image步驟 5:將咖啡和Marsala 酒拌勻,手指餅乾沾上咖啡,把手指餅乾排好成第一層image步驟 6:鋪一層“起司漿”,平均鋪好image步驟 7:再鋪一層手指餅,再一層起司漿,放入冰箱冷藏最少三個小時image步驟 8:享用前再灑上可可粉 (*不要灑可可粉,再放冰箱,因為會有濕氣)
