厚鬆餅堡登麥當勞早餐熱量第3名 營養師揭20款早餐熱量排行

台灣麥當勞日前首賣日本早餐McGriddles「厚鬆餅堡系列」,引發民眾排隊搶購。不過,營養師程涵宇整理出20種麥當勞早餐熱量排行,她表示,3款厚鬆餅堡鈉含量都破千,含糖量也都在14至15g左右,大家吃完一定要記得多喝水。

台灣麥當勞13日開賣「厚鬆餅堡系列」,部分門市一早8點多就完售,甚至有人到了第二天仍買不到。營養師程涵宇14日在臉書發文提醒,厚鬆餅堡造型可愛,但大家享用美食時,也要注意熱量攝取,新推出的豬肉蛋厚鬆餅堡、豬肉厚鬆餅堡、火腿蛋厚鬆餅堡,鈉含量都破千,含糖量也都在14至15g左右,食用時可以搭配無糖飲料,吃完也要記得多喝水。

另外,程涵宇還整理出20種麥當勞早餐熱量排行,前3名分別為雞塊鬆餅大早餐701kcal、無敵豬肉滿福堡加蛋512kcal、豬肉蛋厚鬆餅堡481kcal,熱量最低的則是現烤焙果248kcal。

營養師夏子雯也建議,民眾若想嘗鮮,可以選擇單點,不要再搭配配餐,以免攝入過多熱量,飲料方面可以選擇無糖茶、熱美式,如果想喝鮮奶,可以等吃完早餐的點心時間再飲用,一周建議以2次為限。
