韓國國民妹妹IU以其甜美的嗓音和迷人的外貌贏得了無數粉絲的喜愛。最近,她在演唱會上的亮麗表現再次成為話題。然而,許多人不知道的是,IU在出道前曾經經歷了一段嚴苛的減肥過程,成功甩掉了14公斤。這段經歷不僅讓她的外貌煥然一新,也引發了大眾對她減肥方法的好奇。

**IU的減肥秘訣:從極端飲食到健康平衡的轉變**

IU曾經採用一種短期的低熱量飲食,每天的攝取量不到500卡路里。她的三餐安排如下:

  • 早餐:蘋果1顆
  • 蘋果富含植化素和多種維生素,有助於抗氧化和促進腸道健康。

  • 午餐:地瓜2條
  • 地瓜是低GI澱粉,能穩定血糖,並提供豐富的膳食纖維。

  • 晚餐:高蛋白飲1杯
  • 高蛋白飲品有助於增加蛋白質攝取,支持減脂增肌。

    雖然這樣的飲食方式確實能快速減重,但長期下來可能導致營養不良,出現停經、掉髮、疲倦等健康問題。

    營養師的健康建議

    針對IU的極端減肥法,營養師提出了更健康的飲食建議,強調低熱量、營養均衡和飽足感:

  • 早餐:蘋果1顆+水煮蛋1顆
  • 在蘋果之外,加入水煮蛋以增加優質蛋白質的攝取,減少肌肉流失。蘋果皮含有大量植化素,建議一起食用。

  • 午餐:地瓜1條+蔬菜2份+雞胸肉1片
  • 根據211餐盤比例(蔬菜2:碳水1:蛋白質1),增加膳食纖維和蛋白質的攝取,提升飽足感。

  • 晚餐:211餐盤(蔬菜2:碳水1:蛋白質1)
  • 蔬菜類可選擇各色蔬菜、菇類或藻類;蛋白質優先選擇植物性蛋白質;碳水化合物則以非精緻澱粉為主。如果感到不飽,也可以在餐間吃低GI水果或一小匙堅果種子。

    營養師提醒,減重不是一時的節食,而是持之以恆的努力。當嘴饞時,可以選擇無糖豆漿、毛豆、堅果或蔬菜棒等健康零食。找到適合自己的飲食方式,才能真正吃出健康人生。
