孜然蒜味茄子

非常惹味又簡單的素食菜式,只需一會兒就可以完成了!

食材

  • 茄子, 1 條
  • 蒜頭, 4 瓣
  • 紅蔥頭, 1 顆
  • 蔥, 數條
  • 紅辣椒, 2 條
  • 孜然粉, 1 茶匙
  • 魚露, 1/2 茶匙
  • 麻油, 數滴
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:茄子洗淨切開,蒜頭和紅蔥頭去皮切碎,蔥和紅辣椒切粒。image步驟 2:以中火燒熱鍋子,下少許油,油熱後下茄子,先把茄子皮向下。image步驟 3:把茄子每面稍煎成金黃色。image步驟 4:下蒜頭、紅蔥頭兜炒 2 – 3 分鐘。image步驟 5:下蔥、紅辣椒、孜然粉和魚露多炒約 1 分鐘後下麻油炒勻即成。

    小撇步- 怕辣的話可去除辣椒籽。- 不同品牌的魚露鹹度都不同,需要酌量調味。- 魚露不是素食,素食者可以鹽代替。
