懶人「必做1運動」!每天3分鐘能護心 醫:趕公車也算

每天下班像被榨乾的你,是否總以沒時間、太累了的藉口不運動呢?腎臟科醫師王介立根據最新研究指出,即使是平時沒有特別運動習慣者,只要在生活中加入「短暫且強度較高」的身體活動,便有可能降低重大心血管事件的風險,特別是女性,每天只需1~3分鐘的高強度短暫活動,像是快步走趕公車、快速爬幾階樓梯,就能達到護心效果。

王介立醫師在粉專分享,該研究以「英國生物銀行(UK Biobank)」的龐大資料作為基礎,利用可穿戴式加速度計精準測量受試者的日常活動型態,可即時量化日常動作的強度與時間。再進一步將這些零碎且高強度的生活動作與心血管健康狀態連結起來,為預防心血管疾病提供新思維。

王介立說,所謂的「高強度短暫活動(VILPA)」指的是生活中不經刻意安排的高強度短暫活動,例如快步走路去趕公車、快速爬幾階樓梯或搬運稍重的物品等都算。

王介立說明,研究結果顯示,女性每天只需要約1~3分鐘的高強度短暫活動,就可能對心臟健康產生明顯的保護效果;反觀男性,則可能需要更長時間的高強度運動,才能獲得類似效益。他認為,這項發現對於不習慣或不願意參與正式運動的人而言「是一種鼓勵」,透過日常片段的活動就有益於心血管健康。
