簡單上手的電鍋料理!可樂豬軟骨

電鍋料理-可樂豬軟骨

利用可樂燉肉很有風味,只需適量的肉與蔥、薑、蒜、醬油、糖等再加入可樂一起燉煮就行了,是道非常簡單上手的料理

食材

  • 可樂 (330ml), 1罐
  • 青蔥 (洗淨切段), 40g
  • 薑片, 5片
  • 蒜頭, 6瓣
  • 豬軟骨, 500g
  • 醬油, 80ml
  • 砂糖或冰糖, 1大匙
  • 辣椒, 3根
  • 水 (外鍋水量), 3杯
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:豬軟骨洗淨後放入沸水中汆燙去除雜質,撈出沖洗乾淨備用。image步驟 2:電鍋內鍋加入拍打後的蒜頭→豬軟骨→薑片→辣椒→蔥段。image步驟 3:隨後在步驟2加入醬油→糖→可樂。(可樂必需蓋過豬軟骨,請斟酌加量)image步驟 4:電鍋外鍋加入3米杯水量後放入步驟3,蓋上鍋蓋按下開關,電鍋開關跳起後悶0.5~1小時即可。
