好應景「聖誕老人馬林糖」甜滋滋的小可愛!

聖誕節一定要來個應景的「聖誕老人馬林糖」甜滋滋的小可愛!!

食材

  • 蛋白及糖粉, 各30g
  • 所需色膏, 少許
  • 圓形餅乾, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:先將蛋白與糖粉混合隔水加熱至40-50度打發至帶有豎立的尖角。將蛋白霜調色並裝入擠花袋,所需顏色:白色/膚色/紅色/黑色image步驟 2:先在圓形餅乾上擠出膚色的臉。image步驟 3:接著擠上白色的鬍子。image步驟 4:擠上眼睛、鼻子及嘴巴。image步驟 5:最後擠上聖誕帽~放入果乾機以55度5-6小時。image步驟 6:叮叮噹~~一群可愛的「聖誕老人馬林糖」!!image步驟 7:今年走簡約日系風的聖誕老人(笑)image步驟 8:一口一個甜滋滋小可愛!!但~~~捨得吃嗎!?
