暖心料理 牛肉壽喜燒

熱騰騰的鍋中,有菜、有肉、還可以吃豆腐(咦),簡單上菜大大滿足!

食材

  • 牛肉火鍋肉片, 300g
  • 蒜頭, 3瓣
  • 洋蔥, 半顆
  • 高麗菜, 1/8顆
  • 茼蒿(或綠色蔬菜), 4把
  • 玉米筍, 6-8支
  • 醬汁
  • 醬油, 50ml
  • 料理酒, 20ml
  • 味霖(不喜太甜可減量), 20ml
  • 水, 250ml
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:蔬菜洗淨:高麗菜切適口大小,茼蒿一葉葉撕開,玉米筍保持原狀,蒜頭切薄片,洋蔥如切柳丁般切大塊。肉從冰箱取出退冰30分鐘。豆腐起油鍋煎至金黃,或是烤箱180度烤20分鐘。將所有醬汁混合好。image步驟 2:牛肉下鍋煎至半熟取出,肉多了先炒的步驟會增添香味喔!image步驟 3:同一鍋不用清洗,我有瀝掉一些油份,因為用牛小排肉片油脂十分豐富(是有多怕胖XD),蒜頭先下爆香,再加入洋蔥炒到軟甜~image步驟 4:豆腐烤好後取出。image步驟 5:接著倒入混合好的壽喜燒醬汁,中大火煮滾後,依序將高麗菜、玉米筍以及豆腐加入。image步驟 6:最後再加入茼蒿及炒牛肉片,即可起鍋享用囉~

    小撇步肉一定要炒過,洋蔥切大塊的口感比較好喔!
