胃部保健觀念1:三餐6分飽,好消化飲食為首選

要改善胃部不適問題,首先除了基本飲食習慣需重新整頓外,中醫師更提醒三餐建議6-7分飽即可!養成不過度進食,且清淡飲食習慣,同時以米飯為主食,避免高油、高鹽、辛辣、酒精、咖啡等攝取,另外也可多於三餐搭配好消化食材:如蘋果、山藥、秋葵。

胃部保健觀念2:適當抒發心情壓力

胃部因緊張、焦躁而出現不適反應通常也與身心狀態有著密切關係!中醫師點出,若發現自身長期有著胃部、消化腸道困擾,建議可以回頭審視自身情緒、心情壓力方面問題,正向面對透過運動、冥想替代酒精,更能從根本改善胃部問題。

胃部保健觀念3:低強度有氧運動

別以為胃痛、胃部消化不良問題僅與飲食有關!全身健康循環皆有著緊密連結,當精神、代謝良好時,胃部狀況也能有著顯著改善。中醫師便分享,日常可以搭配低強度有氧運動,如游泳、跑步、超慢跑、飯後散步,皆是調養胃部健康的好方法。

胃部保健觀念4:別只依賴消炎止痛藥

根據中醫觀點來看,胃痛、消化性胃潰瘍等胃部隱疾,通常顯露三大面向問題:心情壓力調節、飲食習慣不當,以及脾胃吸收功能不好。因此要從根本改善胃部不適,除了依賴胃藥、消炎止痛藥之外,也很推薦從非藥物性治療方針著手,如針灸、推拿、按摩。

胃部保健觀念5:按摩紓緩

前面提及,按摩也是舒緩消化道不適、胃部疼痛的好方法。中醫師也親自傳授:日常若出現胃痛、消化不良時,可以用中指輕按位於上腹處的「中脘穴」,順時鐘輕揉5分鐘有輕微痠脹感即可;亦或者可以按摩位於小腿、膝蓋外側下四指寬凹陷處的「足三里穴」,以大拇指按揉3-5分鐘,可有效健胃整脾、促進消化。
