免油炸!外酥內軟的爆漿年糕吐司盒

爆漿年糕吐司盒(免油炸)

當乳酪與年糕融合在一起那外酥內軟的爆醬口感讓忍不住人一口接一口喔不需油炸簡單好料理

食材

  • 甜年糕, 2片
  • 吐司, 4片
  • 乳酪絲, 適量
  • 糖粉, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:吐司去邊壓平或桿平備用image步驟 2:將乳酪絲先鋪在吐司上,放上一片年糕在撒上乳酪絲,在將另外一片吐司蓋上image步驟 3:使用叉子壓邊壓合,烤的過程中才不會開口image步驟 4:放入一般家用小烤箱烤到外酥內融化即可約5分鐘就可以了!拿出撒上糖粉完成image步驟 5:用平底鍋也可以完成喔

    小撇步年糕先拿出退冰切薄小片會比較快軟不撒糖粉也可喔沒有烤箱也可以用平底鍋烘烤
