全台氣溫驟降至5℃「心血管疾病風險增」 2族群注意!國健署提4招保命

今(8日)受強烈寒流南下影響,全台氣溫「斷崖式溜滑梯」,氣象署隨即發布低溫特報,彰化以北、宜蘭、花蓮、臺東、金門及馬祖等地氣溫可能持續低於10℃,部分平地地區甚至可能降至5℃左右,這波冷氣團威力不容小覷,民眾除了應做好保暖措施,「護心」也要做到。

國健署指出,天氣寒冷時,人體血管容易收縮,導致血壓上升,進而增加急性心肌梗塞及中風的風險,特別是患有高血壓、高血糖、高血脂(三高)及心血管疾病的族群,以及年長者,更應留意氣溫變化。

為降低低溫對健康的影響,國健署建議民眾掌握「護心4妙招」,降低心血管疾病發作的風險。

1. 均衡飲食,避免過度飲食

春節剛過,許多人仍沉浸在美食誘惑中,但過量攝取高油、高鹽、高糖食物會增加血壓及血脂,影響心血管健康。建議採取「三低一高」(低油、低糖、低鹽、高纖)飲食原則,並減少含糖飲料攝取,避免心血管負擔加重。

2. 規律運動,運動前充分暖身

適量運動能促進血液循環,對心血管健康有益。成人每週應累積至少150分鐘運動,冬天運動前更應充分暖身,如關節旋轉、慢跑等動態暖身,以增加肌肉溫度,促進血流循環,避免寒冷天氣引發運動傷害。冬季建議暖身時間延長至15-20分鐘。

3. 避開溫差過大時段,慎選外出時間

清晨與傍晚為一天中氣溫最低的時刻,寒冷容易導致血管急劇收縮,使血壓驟升,增加心臟病與中風的風險。建議高風險族群避免在此時段外出,若必須外出,應做好保暖措施。

4. 多層次穿搭,重點保暖

寒冷天氣下,適時增添衣物是必要的,但穿著過多、過厚的衣物可能影響行動靈活度,反而增加跌倒風險。建議採取多層次穿搭,重點保暖頭頸部、手腳末端,確保身體溫暖,同時保留一定的靈活度。

醫師提醒,冬季是心血管疾病高發期,若出現胸悶、胸痛、頭暈、氣喘等症狀,務必儘速就醫,不要輕忽。保持良好生活習慣,掌握護心妙招,才能健康度過這波寒流。
