高麗菜時蔬煎餅

清冰箱料理來了,家中常有用不完的生鮮蔬菜放久了易壞又浪費,不妨將食材切絲與麵糊一起煎成煎餅不但有飽足感也有營養,且方便又省時也能品嚐到蔬菜加熱過後的甜味和香氣

食材

  • 高麗菜絲, 160g
  • 紅蘿蔔絲, 30g
  • 乾香菇(泡軟切絲), 10朵
  • 麵糊
  • 全蛋, 1顆
  • 中筋麵粉, 90g
  • 清水, 100c.c
  • 太白粉, 10g
  • 調味料
  • 鹽, 1/4小匙
  • 雞粉, 1/4小匙
  • 砂糖, 少許
  • 白胡椒粉, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:麵粉與水、太白粉和蛋混合,攪拌均勻成麵糊備用。image步驟 2:熱油鍋(加入1大匙食用油)將香菇絲、紅蘿蔔絲炒香盛起備用。image步驟 3:將高麗菜絲、香菇胡蘿蔔絲與調味料,加入麵糊拌勻。image步驟 4:熱油鍋,加入適量食用油,倒入麵糊以小火煎至定型且上色後翻面,再煎至熟、上色即完成。image步驟 5:如圖image步驟 6:如圖
