酸酸甜甜的綿滑口感~草莓牛奶布丁

草莓牛奶布丁

新鮮草莓的滋味,絕非市面上果凍粉調出來的味道。酸酸甜甜的綿滑口感,趁著草莓季結束前試試吧!

食材

  • 新鮮草莓(去蒂), 200g
  • 全脂鮮奶, 250g
  • 吉利丁片(粉), 6g
  • 細砂糖, 25g
  • 煉乳(小撇步), 25g
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:草莓以活水洗淨,瀝乾後稍微擦拭掉水份,去除蒂頭再秤重。吉利丁片剪成小塊狀。p.s. 如使用吉利丁粉請參照包裝上指示,用量和片狀一樣。image步驟 2:準備一碗冰塊水,將吉利丁片一片片放入,靜置5分鐘讓它泡軟。image步驟 3:牛奶和糖一起入鍋,小火一面加熱一面攪拌,煮至快要沸騰就可以關火。image步驟 4:將泡軟的吉利丁片撈起,擠乾水份後加入溫熱的牛奶中,攪拌使其能充分溶解。然後將牛奶鍋泡在剛剛泡吉利丁片的冰水中降溫,冷卻後才能和草莓泥結合。image步驟 5:草莓切成小塊,用攪拌棒或是果汁機打成泥狀。image步驟 6:將放涼後的牛奶加入,並加入煉乳,攪拌均勻。image步驟 7:裝入喜歡的容器內,蓋上蓋子或用保鮮膜封住,放入冰箱冷藏至少4-6小時(我是直接放至隔夜)。

    小撇步煉乳添加時可視喜好甜度增減,如無煉乳則需增加糖的份量喔!
