有酥有軟有層次!馬玲薯起司煎餅

馬玲薯起司煎餅

鹹鹹香香的馬玲薯煎餅其實簡單好做,不用加粉,有酥有軟的口感很有層次,還可以用來當主食喔~

食材

  • 馬玲薯, 400克
  • 紅蘿蔔, 40克
  • 蒜頭, 2瓣
  • 蔥, 2根
  • 馬薩瑞拉起司, 50克
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 鹽, 5克
  • 香菇精或雞粉(可有可無), 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:馬玲薯去皮洗淨切絲,蒜頭拍扁去皮切末,紅蘿蔔去皮刨絲,蔥洗淨擦乾切蔥花;image步驟 2:馬玲薯絲裡放蒜末、鹽、黑胡椒粉、香菇精拌勻;image步驟 3:加入起司、紅蘿蔔絲和蔥花;image步驟 4:抓勻即可;image步驟 5:鍋燒熱喔放油,放入調味後的馬玲薯絲,用鍋鏟均勻壓成圓餅狀,中小火慢煎,其間都不用動它;image步驟 6:煎到底部金黃即可翻面續煎到另一面也上色,即可起鍋分切。image步驟 7:也可以小片小片的煎,先一坨坨的入鍋;image步驟 8:慢慢地壓扁;image步驟 9:煎到一面金黃即可翻面,另一面也上色就可起鍋。image步驟 10:或者攤成中圓形煎也很方便喔。
