香脆炸春捲

自己在家做春捲,簡單又好吃。包自己喜歡的餡料,炸至金黃酥脆,絕對比外面吃的好!我就最喜歡當派對或下午茶點心!

食材

  • 春捲皮, 15張
  • 紅蘿蔔, 1根
  • 冬粉, 1把
  • 香菇, 5隻
  • 木耳, 20克
  • 椰菜, 20克
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將所有材料切幼絲,冬粉泡軟,用剪刀剪數下image步驟 2:燒熱鍋後下油,炒所有餡料,下少許鹽,醬油,糖調味image步驟 3:將一大匙餡料放在春捲皮上image步驟 4:從下面捲上image步驟 5:再將左右兩側對折,再用蛋液糊口image步驟 6:把油鍋燒熱,將春捲炸至金黃色即成!image步驟 7:如圖
