和風燒肉米漢堡

一直都好喜歡吃摩斯的米漢堡,自己做方便又簡單,可以隨意加入喜歡的配料,也是個清冰箱的好選擇~~烤的香香脆脆又有鍋巴的米飯代替傳統漢堡的麵包,加上超好吃的和風的壽喜燒牛肉,比一般美式漢堡更添清爽滋味,感覺也更健康。小朋友都很愛的米漢堡,帶便當也超級適合喔!

食材

  • 奶油萵苣生菜, 適量
  • 火鍋牛肉片, 適量
  • 洋蔥, 半顆
  • 白芝麻, 適量
  • 番茄, 一顆
  • 荷包蛋, 一個
  • 醬汁
  • 醬油, 一大匙
  • 味醂, 一小匙
  • 米酒, 一小匙
  • 糖, 1/2小匙
  • 料理步驟步驟 1:平底鍋放油先將一顆荷包蛋煎好,呈起放置一旁image步驟 2:接著用原本煎荷包蛋的鍋來烤米飯餅(油若不夠再補一點點),用圓型模將熱熱的飯壓成圓型(要壓緊一點以免散開),將圓型米飯放入鍋中,用刷子在米飯上刷上一點醬油。中小火煎至雙面金黃鍋巴狀,一面約煎個3-4分鐘再翻面,上面可以撒上一些白芝麻image步驟 3:平底鍋放少許油,將洋蔥切絲放入小火快炒,接著放入牛肉片嗆一匙米酒拌炒,加入調味料醬油一大匙、味醂一小匙、以及糖一小匙炒香壽喜燒牛肉片,起鍋時撒上一些白芝麻image步驟 4:組合:將一塊米飯餅放在最上方,依序放上生菜、切好的番茄片、荷包蛋、壽喜燒牛肉,最上面再蓋上另一塊米飯餅就完成囉!
