麵包蝦

最近頻被這道“麵包蝦”轟炸,所以來趕一下流行吧!做法很簡單也隨性,只要拌一拌、填充、抹平、油炸,快速的美味點心就可完成嚕。

食材

  • 吐司片, 6片
  • 鮮蝦, 12隻
  • 馬鈴薯, 1顆
  • 蛋白, 1顆
  • 橄欖油, 1tbsp
  • 鹽, 適量
  • 黑胡椒, 適量
  • 莫札瑞拉起司, 1杯
  • 玉米粉, 2tbsp
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:馬鈴薯煮熟或蒸熟,搗成泥備用。image步驟 2:放入剁好的蝦泥及蛋白。image步驟 3:加入橄欖油。image步驟 4:加入鹽。image步驟 5:加入黑胡椒粉。image步驟 6:再加入玉米粉。image步驟 7:放入莫札瑞拉起司絲。攪拌均勻。image步驟 8:吐司去邊,每片切成四等份。image步驟 9:將餡料擺在吐司上。image步驟 10:疊上另一片,四周用果醬抹刀抹平。image步驟 11:放入油鍋中炸至金黃熟透,放在廚紙上吸油,趁熱享用!
