酸甜口味很開胃!莎莎醬餐前麵包

莎莎醬餐前麵包

莎莎醬適合夏天,酸、甜口味很開胃~正統會加點辣,因為家裡有小朋友就把辣省略~風味一樣好吃喔~

食材

  • 牛蕃茄, 一顆(切末)
  • 紫洋蔥, 半顆(切末)
  • 蒜頭, 4小瓣(切末)
  • 九層塔或香菜或巴西里, 一小把(切末)
  • 麵包, 一大顆(切片)
  • 芝麻葉, 一小包
  • 起士片, 一大片
  • 調味料
  • 橄欖油, 一大匙
  • 鹽, 一小匙
  • 糖, 一小匙
  • 檸檬汁, 一大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備材料食材都切末~如果有調理機,食材可直接放入,按幾下就打碎了image步驟 2:把食材混合image步驟 3:加入調味料、橄欖油混合拌勻~莎莎醬就完成~可稍微醃製一下,讓蔬菜都入味!再進行組裝的動作image步驟 4:可依家裡人口數做組合~麵包+芝麻葉+莎莎醬+起士一起吃~真的是很美味的餐前麵包喔

    小撇步麵包可以先烤過再鋪上食材~口感更好
