酸甜開胃很下飯!泰式炸魚片

泰式炸魚片

夏日炎炎,來點異國風味的料理最對味!簡單的炸魚片,佐上酸甜醬汁,就是道很下飯的料理囉!

食材

  • 鯛魚片, 4片
  • 醃製魚片
  • 海鹽, 少許
  • 黑胡椒, 少許
  • 地瓜粉, 5大匙
  • 泰式沾醬
  • 蒜頭(切末), 4小瓣
  • 辣椒(切末), 1根
  • 泰式雞醬, 2大匙
  • 檸檬汁, 1大匙
  • 魚露, 1/2大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:魚片上撒上海鹽、黑胡椒,正反面都要抹上調味料*少許的意思就是兩個指頭抓取的少少量image步驟 2:調味料撒好後,再撒上地瓜粉,正反面都要沾上地瓜粉image步驟 3:準備油鍋,油溫約120~130度就可以先把魚肉放入,一次油炸,有微黃上色就可以取出image步驟 4:把油鍋溫度拉高,約160度,再次把魚片放入油炸,炸到金黃上色,就可以取出image步驟 5:沾醬部分(蒜末、辣椒末、泰式雞醬、檸檬汁、魚露混合拌勻)吃的時候沾上醬料就可以食用囉!
