簡單做「手切滷肉飯」白飯煮多點!!

一吃就停不下來的「手切滷肉飯」做法簡單、白飯不多煮不行誒(笑)

食材

  • 五花肉, 1條
  • 洋蔥碎塊, 1/3顆
  • 醬油, 60g
  • 熱水, 150cc
  • 五香粉及白胡椒粉, 少許
  • 沙拉油, 1大匙
  • 冰糖及鳥蛋, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:先將五花肉切成長條狀。image步驟 2:鍋中熱油後倒入洋蔥碎塊炒香。image步驟 3:倒入豬五花肉炒至變色。image步驟 4:加入冰糖拌炒。image步驟 5:接著加入醬油翻炒,加入熱水、五香粉、白胡椒粉一起煮滾後加入鳥蛋,轉小火加蓋滷40分鐘、最後熄火悶20分鐘。image步驟 6:這道「手切滷肉飯」也太香了吧~image步驟 7:油油亮亮好美味(笑)image步驟 8:超級下飯的啦!!備料及步驟都很簡單,大家一定要試試看喔~
