3大「清淡陷阱」食物 醫:越吃越胖!

胸腔暨重症專科醫師黃軒表示,你明明吃得很「清淡」、很「健康」,為什麼體重卻沒降反升?小心!你可能掉進「清淡陷阱」,包括「清粥小菜、蔬果汁、假健康素食」這些常見誤區,正讓你越吃越胖。

黃軒在臉書發文提醒:

1、 清粥小菜:高GI+高鈉+隱藏糖分

早餐白粥+醬菜?晚餐燙青菜+醬油?其實這些食物升糖指數超高,白米粥讓血糖快速飆升,引發胰島素分泌,使脂肪囤積。搭配的醬菜、豆腐乳還常藏有高鈉與糖分,導致水腫與熱量過剩。

2、蔬果汁:纖維OUT,果糖IN

果汁看似健康,其實打成果汁後,纖維被濾掉,糖分更易吸收;加上濃縮果汁常加入額外糖分,導致血糖波動,脂肪堆積。《Obesity》研究也證實,液態糖與體重增加息息相關。

3、假健康素食:高鈉+高油陷阱

素雞、素漢堡等植物肉雖名為「素」,實為加工食品重災區,高鈉高油量驚人。《Am J Clin Nutr》研究指出,植物肉雖然有纖維,但鈉攝取竟增加42.5%。此外,像百頁豆腐就含高油脂熱量,一不小心吃過量。

黃軒強調,改變策略才是瘦身關鍵:

1、選擇全穀類(如糙米、全麥)替代白米白麵。

2、多吃原型食物,避免加工素食與假健康食品。

3、注意食品標示:尤其糖與鈉含量。

4、素食≠健康,聰明選食才是王道!

黃軒指出,真正的「清淡」不是表面看起來沒油沒味,而是要天然、均衡、少加工,吃得對,身體才會輕盈不發胖!
