在選擇便當前,了解主菜的熱量是非常重要的。以下是一些常見便當主菜的熱量數據:

  • 菜飯便當:550kcal
  • 炸排骨:375kcal,總計925kcal
  • 紅燒排骨:255kcal,總計805kcal
  • 炸雞腿:260kcal,總計810kcal
  • 滷雞腿:150kcal,總計700kcal
  • 從數據可以看出,炸類主食的熱量相對較高。這是因為裹在外皮的粉經過油炸後,吸滿了油脂,熱量會比原本高出2到5倍以上。不僅如此,油炸食物還可能對健康造成多種危害,如增加肥胖風險、血管硬化、血管堵塞,甚至提高中風和癌症的風險。

    如何選擇健康的便當?

    儘管如此,選對主食和料理方式,仍然可以讓你吃得健康又滿足。以下是營養師提供的建議:

    1. 選擇清蒸、汆燙、清燉或滷製的主食:這些烹調方式能有效減少油脂攝取。雖然肥肉和控肉不是炸物,但它們的油脂含量高,吃多了也會增加體重。

    2. 減少白飯攝取:便當店常常會給予大量的白飯,建議可以減半或選擇根莖類食物替代。如果覺得不夠飽,可以加顆滷蛋或多一份青菜。五穀雜糧飯或糙米飯也是不錯的選擇,能增加纖維攝取。

    3. 避免淋滷汁:滷汁通常含有高鹽和高鈉,會讓你不知不覺攝取過多熱量。想控制熱量的人應該遠離它。

    4. 炸物去皮後食用:食材本身經過醃製已經很美味,即使去掉高熱量的皮,味道依然不錯,且更健康。

    5. 多選蔬菜類配菜:增加膳食纖維的攝取有助於排便,但要注意避免勾芡的蔬菜。
