疲倦、腦霧、專注力差?不是咖啡不給力 營養師揭「吃錯油」精神越來越差

常見3種油恐偷走你的專注力與活力!如果你長期感到疲倦、專注力下降、情緒緊繃、焦慮,甚至出現腦霧或記憶衰退,問題不一定只出在壓力或睡眠不足——你每天吃的油,也可能是罪魁禍首。

營養師劉怡里在《TODAY健面聊》節目中指出,許多外食餐點如自助餐、炒飯、炸物,常使用大豆油、玉米油和葵花油。雖然這些油含有人體必需的Omega-6脂肪酸,但若與Omega-3比例失衡,容易促進體內慢性發炎,進而影響精神與健康。

理想的Omega-3與Omega-6比例應接近1:1,但外食族往往Omega-6過量、Omega-3嚴重不足。

為改善脂肪酸比例,劉怡里建議日常多吃富含Omega-3的魚類,如秋刀魚、虱目魚、鯖魚,透過飲食平衡可降低發炎風險。在家烹調時,可交替使用橄欖油、苦茶油、酪梨油或堅果油,避免長期只用單一油種。

若選擇混合油,可用「冰箱檢測法」判斷品質——將少量油倒入杯中冷藏,若出現結塊,代表飽和脂肪酸比例偏高,不利心血管健康,應減少攝取。她也提醒,豬油等動物油脂雖香,但肉類本身已含足夠飽和脂肪酸,過量會增加健康負擔。

劉怡里強調,挑對油並補足Omega-3,不只可減少慢性發炎,還能提升專注力、穩定情緒、增進活力,尤其對外食族與久坐上班族格外重要。
