喝水也會傷身?恐害腎臟、心血管出大事 營養師點名「10大喝水地雷」很多人全中

喝水不是越多越好!人人都知道「多喝水沒事,沒事多喝水」,但你真的喝對了嗎?許多人每天乖乖補水,卻還是覺得口乾、代謝差,甚至腎臟出狀況。營養師高敏敏提醒,問題往往不在「有沒有喝」,而在「怎麼喝」──錯誤的喝水習慣不僅補不到水,還可能讓腎臟超負荷,甚至增加心血管疾病風險。

高敏敏點名最常見的「喝水地雷」,其中不少都是很多人日常會犯的:

  1. 喝太少:每天不到 1000c.c.,容易精神不濟、代謝慢、增加三高與泌尿道感染。
  2. 喝太多:超過體重4%的水量,恐導致低血鈉、腎臟過勞。
  3. 該限水卻亂喝:腎衰竭、心衰竭、肝硬化患者若不依照醫囑限水,恐引發肺水腫。
  4. 迷信礦泉水:含高電解質的瓶裝水,對腎病患者反而雪上加霜。
  5. 起床不及時補水:睡眠中流失水分,延遲喝水恐增加中風與心肌梗塞風險。
  6. 怕跑廁所刻意少喝:糖尿病、攝護腺肥大患者常犯此錯,反而加速腎功能惡化。
  7. 天冷不想喝水:血液黏稠度升高,腎臟、心血管壓力全上升。
  8. 睡前猛灌水:夜尿干擾睡眠,還可能導致腎臟負擔。
  9. 把飲料當水:含糖飲料取代白開水,長期恐誘發代謝症候群與腎病。
  10. 運動後狂灌白開水:只補水不補電解質,恐出現低鈉、頭暈甚至腦水腫。

正確喝水這樣做!那麼到底要喝多少水才對?高敏敏建議,健康成人每日飲水量=體重的3%至4%,並且「分次小量」攝取。

起床時先喝一杯250ml溫開水;白天至少分8次飲用,不要等口渴才喝;晚餐後控制飲水,睡前3小時不超過150ml。

運動或流汗多時,補水同時補電解質(可喝低糖運動飲料或少鹽開水);平時以白開水為主,飲料不超過每日總水分攝取的10%。

高敏敏強調,正確的喝水方式不僅能幫助腎臟排毒,還能促進血液循環與新陳代謝,「喝對水,才是真的養生!」
