生理期快到好難受!營養師教6招 吃這些緩解經痛之苦

每當生理期快到,許多女生會出現煩躁、腹脹、暴食等經前不適,愛健康營養師珊珊在臉書專業發文分享,針對這些困擾提出了6大飲食與生活習慣調整建議,幫助緩解症狀。

6大飲食與生活習慣調整建議:

  1. 多吃抗氧化的食物:像綠花椰、紅椒、莓果等彩虹蔬果,富含植化素與維生素C,可減少體內發炎反應與緩解壓力。
  2. 補充Omega-3脂肪酸:建議每週可以吃2到3次含Omega-3的魚類,如鮭魚、鯖魚、秋刀,或食用亞麻籽油,可以幫助平衡發炎反應。
  3. 舒緩運動:她建議每天花30分鐘快走、做瑜伽或拉筋,有助於放鬆肌肉、提升快樂荷爾蒙,避免過大的壓力放大不舒服的症狀。
  4. 減少精緻糖攝取:雖然甜點療癒,但糖會促進發炎、造成血糖不穩,導致情緒起伏更大,建議以水果或堅果代替。
  5. 補鈣:可以選擇鮮奶、小魚乾或優格,鈣有助穩定神經、放鬆肌肉。
  6. 補鎂:像是腰果、杏仁、菠菜等,含鎂食物能幫助放鬆神經、減少偏頭痛與經痛。

不過營養師也提醒,如果經痛非常嚴重、症狀持續不改善,就應盡早就醫檢查。
