別再亂補!想長命「5類食物」少碰 醫嘆:很多病是吃出來的

許多人為了追求長壽,不惜花大錢購買各式補品或保健食品,但其實真正決定壽命的,是你每天「吃進去的日常食物」。重症科醫師黃軒示警,很多慢性病並非突然發生,而是每天「吃出來的」,他在臨床上常看到外表正常、甚至不胖的病人,卻突然遭遇心肌梗塞、中風或確診癌症,往回追溯問題往往出在長期累積的飲食習慣。

黃軒醫師在粉專點名日常生活中藏有「5大隱形風險來源」,正悄悄威脅健康:

1. 超加工食品

包含泡麵、餅乾、加工肉及含糖飲料等。這類食物不只是熱量高,內含的乳化劑、防腐劑等添加劑會影響腸道菌,高糖、高脂更會導致身體慢性發炎,這與心血管疾病、癌症及早死風險密切相關。

2. 含糖飲料

這不單是肥胖問題,而是會導致「代謝崩壞」。液體糖比固體糖更危險,因為不容易有飽足感,迅速升糖會造成胰島素波動,長期下來引發胰島素阻抗,增加糖尿病、脂肪肝及心血管疾病風險。

3. 加工肉品

如香腸、培根、火腿、熱狗,這類食品已被WHO旗下的國際癌症研究機構列為第一級致癌物,主要風險與大腸癌有關。

4. 反式脂肪

常見於人造奶油、油炸食品及包裝糕點。這會增加壞膽固醇(LDL)、降低好膽固醇(HDL),強烈促進動脈硬化,使心肌梗塞風險顯著上升。

5. 高鹽飲食

不只是口味重,長期高鈉會引發高血壓、腦中風與心臟病。亞洲飲食常見陷阱,如醬油、醃製食品及外食的湯類。

「真正讓人早死的,不是偶爾放縱,而是每天的習慣。」黃軒總結,長壽飲食的核心不在於吃得多健康,而在於避免長期慢性傷害。他建議民眾應採取80%原型食物的策略,飲料盡量改為水或無糖茶,並減少外食中隱藏的鹽與油。另外,學會看產品標籤,避開看不懂的成分表,才能少讓身體吃錯食品。
