元宵節湯圓還有剩? 農糧署教新吃法步驟超簡單

吃膩甜湯湯圓了嗎?上週六是元宵節,不少民眾應景在家煮湯圓吃,農糧署特別分享新的吃法,步驟簡單連料理新手也能駕馭。

通常甜湯圓會搭配如紅豆湯等甜湯一起享用,不少人覺得吃膩了,農糧署近日在臉書粉專PO文,分享湯圓的新吃法。農糧署指出,糯米粉是製作湯圓的主要食材,蒸煮後具有筋性和彈性,也常用做成麻糬、年糕等米食點心。而糯米粉加水、揉成團後搓成小球,再包入芝麻、花生等餡料變成為湯圓。

農糧署建議,除了煮成甜湯,也可將湯圓放入不沾鍋中,以小火料理為「煎湯圓」,只要先將不沾鍋開小火加油,冷凍湯圓不需解凍放入,搖晃沾勻後加點水,將湯圓間隔擺放,蓋上鍋蓋小火煎約3分鐘,再翻面煎至金黃即可。

農糧署表示,這道「煎湯圓」外層香酥、內餡Q軟,米香味也更為濃郁,加上步驟簡單,料理新手也能駕馭,不妨跟著食譜一起動手試試吧。
