宴客菜簡單學!蒜泥豆腐蒸蝦

蒜泥豆腐蒸蝦

這道蝦料理,製做簡單,自家享用,宴客都很棒!🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

食材

  • 新鮮帶殼鮮蝦, 14隻
  • 蒜泥, 兩大匙
  • 油, 一大匙
  • 青蔥, 適量
  • 辣椒, 少許
  • 板豆腐, 適量
  • 醬汁
  • 醬油膏, 一大匙
  • 日式醬油或薄鹽醬油, 一大匙
  • 米酒, 1/2大匙
  • 麻油, 1/2大匙
  • 水, 1/2大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:鮮蝦洗淨,用廚房剪刀,將蝦從頭部中間一直剪到尾端,蝦子變成左右兩片狀,尾端依舊連著image步驟 2:事先調勻醬汁,備用image步驟 3:將一大匙蒜泥與一大匙油同炒至蒜香釋出,備用image步驟 4:取一可入鍋蒸的盤子,底下鋪上豆腐(我使用的豆腐約15*5公分長寬,鋪底),依序放上蝦子**蝦子的擺盤方式參考楊桃文化網頁image步驟 5:鋪上炒香的蒜泥後,再鋪上另一大匙生蒜泥,image步驟 6:淋上醬汁image步驟 7:蒸鍋水大滾時,放入蝦子,蓋上鍋蓋,大火蒸5分鐘image步驟 8:時間到,上頭撒上青蔥與辣椒做裝飾image步驟 9:即可上桌享用
